How Chevrolet New Vehicle Incentives Actually Work
Most dealer specials pages just dump the offer and disappear. Here’s the plain-English version so you walk in already knowing what to ask for.
Bonus Cash
A cash discount applied directly to the vehicle price. Often tied to a specific engine code (e.g. L84, L87) on the Silverado 1500. Usually stackable with Trade Assist and supported APR.
Customer Cash
Direct cash incentive available to any qualifying buyer. Commonly offered on HD trucks and EV models. Usually stackable with finance APR.
Trade Assistance
A cash bonus applied when you trade in a vehicle. Doesn’t replace your trade’s appraised value — it’s added on top.
Standalone APR
Promotional finance rate (like 0% for 60 months) that replaces all cash incentives on the deal. Best for buyers who plan to keep payments low and don’t care about the cash.
Supported APR
A 5-tier finance rate that stacks with cash incentives. Your rate depends on your credit tier (1=best). Often the best total savings for well-qualified buyers.
Lease Loyalty / Conquest

Chevrolet refreshes manufacturer incentives at the start of every month, and we update this page within the first business week. Most national offers carry through to roughly the first week of the following month — for example, June 2026 offers run through July 7, 2026.
Many Chevrolet incentives stack. Bonus Cash on a Silverado 1500 can typically be combined with Trade Assistance and a supported APR. However, some are mutually exclusive — for example, Standalone 0% APR usually replaces Bonus Cash. Our team will show you the math on every combination you qualify for. Chevrolet uses RPO codes to identify each engine: L84 is the 5.3L EcoTec3 V8, L87 is the 6.2L V8, L3B is the 2.7L Turbo Plus, L8T is the 6.6L gas V8 in HD trucks, and L5P is the 6.6L Duramax turbo-diesel. Your engine code determines which incentive applies to your specific Silverado.
Standalone APR is the lowest promotional rate (like 0% for 60 months), but it replaces all cash incentives on the deal.
